Local knowledge is my expertise.  My career in real estate sales spans over 30 years.  I have been a full time resident and community member on Mercer Island for over 25 years.  My wife Tracy and I have four children who attend or have graduated from Mercer Island Schools.  As an active member within the Mercer Island community, as a Boys and Girls Coach, Mercer Island School Foundation Board Member and Advisory Board Member, I am deeply connected and immersed in Mercer Island life.  Combining this Local Knowledge with an astute business experience, I have developed a unique and informed perspective of the real estate market on Mercer Island.  I have closed many hundreds of transactions in differing market conditions.
